Finali Mondiali - World titles for Kauffmann, Smeeth and Loefflad
In the action-packed Trofeo Pirelli race, the Venezuelan Kauffmann won with a big help of fortune. He was leading most of the race but Bjorn Grossmann managed to overtake him, as well Fabio Leimer. Soon after, Leimer was forced to retire due to a puncture. In the last lap, the same misfortune befell Grossmann and the Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale won the race.
The Ferrari of Vancouver driver Wei Lu finished second in the most exciting race of the day, while Marcello Puglisi (Rossocorsa) completed the podium.

Sam Smeeth again proved his supremacy in this class. After winning the European title, the British driver of Stratstone Ferrari triumphed without too much trouble in the race for the world title.
Martin Nelson of Scuderia Autoropa finished the race as a runner-up, while talented Russian Vladimir Atoev (Motor Service) took the third position after being faster than the Chinese Huilin Han (CTF Beijing).
It was a three-way battle in the Coppa Shell class. Thomas Loefflad, Vladimir Hladik, and Rick Lovat. At the end, Loefflad (StileF Squadra Corse), who is also the European champion, won the race which was shortened due to Holger Harmsen’s crash which caused the safety car deployment.
Rick Lovat won the Gentlemen’s Cup, with the Ladies’ Cup going to Corinna Gostner, in 12th place overall.
