ADAC GT Masters: Pole positions for Porsche and Mercedes
GW IT Racing Schutz Motorsport pair Martin Ragginger and Klaus Bachler won the pole position for the Saturday’s race of the ADAC GT Masters fourth round at Lausitzring, while Team Zakspeed’s duo Sebastian Asch and Klaus Ludwig won the pole position for the Sunday’s race.
The Austrian Ragginger in Porsche set the lap time 1:20.315 and won the first starting position for Saturday’s race in front of Zakspeed’s Asch in Mercedes. Kfzteile24 MS Racing’s Daniel Dobitsch in Audi was third and he will be accompanied in the second starting row with Dominik Baumann (BMW Sports Trophy Team Schubert).
The near-perfect day for the championship leaders was completed in the qualifying for the race two as Luca Ludwig claimed pole position. He was 0.150 seconds faster than Dane Nicki Thiim in the C.Abt Racing’s Audi. Daniel Keilwitz (Callaway Competition) in Chevrolet was third leaving Klaus Bachler on fourth.
The races of the ADAC GT Masters fourth round at Lausitzring will be held on Saturday and Sunday, both starting at 12.00 CET.
