Alonso gets green light for the Chinese GP
Fernando Alonso returns to the seat of McLaren for the Formula 1 Chinese Grand Prix after the FIA’s medical team declared him fit to race.
Former champion missed Bahrain Grand Prix two weeks ago because of the lung and rib injuries sustained in the horrible crash in Australia. On Thursday, the FIA said that the Spaniard is provisionally fit for the race in Shanghai and after the first free practice Alonso was cleared to race.
