Sritrai will drive Campos Racing’s third Chevrolet RML Cruze TC1 alongside regular drivers Hugo Valente and John Filippi. He competed in the 2012 Race of Champions in Bangkok and was the winner of the Touring car series in Asia between 2012 and 2014, with a good chance to take a title again this year.

“I am so happy to get this opportunity to graduate to the WTCC for my home race. It’s a really big chance to learn from the best and I can’t wait to get my first experience. I will do my best to build my knowledge in the hope that I can race in the WTCC for the full time in the future,” said Sritrai.

Tin comes from a racing family as his father was the Thai Rally Championship winner, while his younger brother Vasin is also successful in various national and Asian series.
