Luis Perez-Sala is a Spanish former racing driver and team manager who was active in Formula One as a racer between 1988 and 1989 and then again as HRT F1 Team's principal in 2012.

As a driver, Perez-Sala recorded 32 entries (26 starts) in the F1 World Championship with Minardi, scoring one single point in all those races. Before entering Formula 1, Perez-Sala was a runner-up in the 1987 International Formula 3000 Championship. In a post-F1 career, he gained some success in touring car and sports car racing, winning several national titles in Spain. He retired from racing at the end of 2008.

Perez-Sala returned to Formula 1 in 2012, leading HRT F1 Team in its last season of existence. The team failed to score points and closed its operations at the end of the year.
