Patrice Brisebois (Ferrari of Quebec) scored his first victory in 2016, breaking a winning streak of Jimmie Johnson. The driver of Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale dealership had to settle at third in the race 2 at Sonoma while Arthur Romanelli was second, finishing only 0.3s behind the Brisebois.
The outcome of the race 2 in Coppa Shell class was the same as it was on Saturday. Joe Courtney (Miller Motorcars) scored another win, leaving Chris Cagnazzi (Ferrari of Long Island) on second and Rob Hodes (Ferrari of Newport Beach) on the third position.
