Jose Maria Lopez can secure WTCC title next weekend in Thailand and become only the third driver to win it back-to-back.

The 32 years old Citroen driver has strong 75 points advantage to former champion Yvan Muller with four races to go, and it is widely expected for him to defend the championship title next weekend. Argentinian ace can join Andy Priaulx, who was WTCC champion from 2005 to 2007, and Yvan Muller who won titles in 2010 and 2011.

In the same time, battle in the Yokohama Driver’s Trophy is still opened as Norbert Michelisz is 25 points ahead of Mehdi Bennani, while Tom Chilton and Hugo Valente are trailing the Hungarian by 44 and 47 points respectively.
