Sam Hornish Jr. - the only IndyCar champion who narrated children's TV show
Three children of American racer Sam Hornish Jr, son Sam III and daughters Addison and Eliza, can boast that their father is a famous racing driver who scored lots of victories at some of the most known American speedways and road racing track. Well, nothing special, many children can say the same.
But, only the children of Sam Hornish can say that their father is the main narrator in the famous television show Roary the Racing Car. British children’s TV show was originally released in 2007. Each story begins and ends with a brief narration by a legendary racing car driver Stirling Moss. He is never seen but is used as a voice-over. The American version of TV show is narrated by Sam Hornish Jr. He once said that he was honoured with an opportunity to do something Stirling Moss did.
