The first win of the season for Team 75 Bernhard
Bentley Team ABT car #7 driven by Daniel Abt and Jordan Pepper had a pole position for the first time this year but they retired before the start because of technical problems. That’s why their teammates Christer Jons and Fabian Hamprecht were moved up to the top of the grid and were followed by Schubert Motorsport’s BMW with Jesse Krohn and Antonio Felix da Costa who debuted in ADAC GT Masters.
However, Team 75 Bernhard’s Porsche #17 had the best start and took the lead from Abt’s Bentley while Callaway Competition’s Corvette #77 was at the third well behind the leading pair. After the mandatory pit-stop and drivers change kfzteile24’s Audi moved up to the third for a while but soon dropped out of top 10 after small collision and Callaway’s #77 claimed back third place.
At the end, Estre passed over the finish line 3.545s in front of Jons and 4.574s in front of Daniel Keilwitz who now moved up to the first place in the championship. The reigning champions Luca Ludwig and Sebastian Asch finished fifth
