Norwegian rally driver Mads Ostberg announced one more change in his WRC career. After he moved from Citroen Racing to M-Sport World Rally Team, Ostberg signed a deal with new co-driver. In 2016 ge will be piloted by experienced compatriot Ola Floene. 46-year-old Floene recorded so far more than 250 international rallies.

In 2015 Floene was co-driving Andreas Mikkelsen.  They were paired again in the middle of season 2014, when Floene replaced Mikkelsen’s co-driver Mikko Markkula. Before that Floene and Mikkelsen were driving together seven years, from 2006 to 2012. Ola Floene was currently one of the most experienced co-drivers in World Rally Championship, because he debuted in WRC in 1995. It’s interesting that Floene was from 1996 to 1999 co-driver of Mads Ostberg’s father Morten. He already competed together with Mads at some minor events.
