GP3: Feature race cancelled after a F1 crash.

After a damp qualifying session, and red-flagged F1 practice, the first GP3 race of the weekend was to be held on a dry track, but was cancelled. The reason was Carlos Sainz’s serious crash during free practice and extensive barrier repairs which had to be done.
