2015 24 Hours of Le Mans test announcement

One of this year’s biggest motorsport events is definitely the 24 Hours of Le Mans (13-14 June 2015). The world famous endurance race will feature fierce fighting between four factory teams (Audi,Toyota,Nissan and Porsche) each ready, willing and able to win. However, after a years long Audi dominance, the three other teams are very eager to be first and each having a different strategy and approach. We have already written about cars in top LMP1 class and here are the in depth articles about Audi, Toyota, Nissan and Porsche.  However, we must not forget the lower classes which are equally interesting such as LMP2 (prototype) and LM GTE (sports cars) and even if those cars are not the fastest there still will be good amount of on track battles.

However, the official test days for upcoming 24 Hours event will this Sunday, 31st of May. The race organizers invited almost all cars enlisted for race.  The test day will be very interesting because it is the first time that all four of top LMP1 cars will be on the same track at the same time. Of course, it will not be direct competition as in real race but it will be great opportunity to see what competition has.
