R-Motorsport, the Swiss team that will represent Aston Martin in the first DTM season for the British manufacturer, completed its line-up for the season that will start in May at Hockenheimring.

After Britons Paul di Resta and Jake Dennis were confirmed last week, the 27-year-old Spaniard Dani Juncadella and the 21-year-old Austrian driver Ferdinand Habsburg were announced today as the drivers of Aston Martin Vantage DTM machines in 2019.

Dani Juncadelli already has five full DTM seasons in his CV, driving for Mercedes from 2013 to 2016 and then again in 2018. He recorded 76 starts in the DTM and scored one victory, at Brands Hatch in the summer of 2018.

On the other side, Habsburg will be a DTM rookie after he spent five seasons in junior open-wheel competitions. Most recently, he raced with Carlin in the FIA Formula 3 European Championship in 2018.
