  • British GT, Silverstone, #31 Team Parker Racing Bentley Continental GT3

The fourth round of the 2017 British GT Championship takes place today at Silverstone circuit. The winners of the 3-hour race are Rick Parfitt Jr and Seb Morris in the #31 Bentley Continental GT3 of Team Parker Racing. It’s their second win of the season after they triumphed in the 2-hour race at Rockingham in April.

After three hours of racing at the iconic British Grand Prix circuit, the #31 crossed the finish line with comfortable advantage of more than one minute over the James Littlejohn and Jack Mitchell in the #24 Aston Martin Vantage GT3 of MacMillan AMR. Littlejohn and Mitchell started from pole for the first time in their career. The Spirit of Race #21 Ferrari 488 GT3, driven by Matt Griffin and Duncan Cameron, finished in the third place.

Only four leading crews ended the race in the same lap, the fourth-placed car was the #33 Barwell Motorsport Lamborghini Huracan GT3, driven by championship leaders Jon Minshaw and Phil Keen.

The GT4 class winners are Adam MacKay and Adam Balon in the #72 track-club McLaren 570S GT4. It’s their second win of the season after they won the season-opening race at Oulton Park.
