Verstappen penalized after clash in Monaco

Max Verstappen is punished with a five-place grid penalty for the next Grand Prix in Canada after being declared responsible for the clash with Romain Grosjean in the late stage of Monaco Grand Prix.

Race stewards declared Verstappen responsible for the accident and decided to drop him five places from wherever he qualifies in Montreal. Young Dutchman was also handed two points penalty on his Super Licence.

Luckilly, Verstappen was unhurt in this clash, while Grosjean failed to win a point in the race as dropped from 10th to 12th position at the end.
