FCE: Grossmann and Prinot winners of the Race 2 at Paul Ricard

The winners of the Ferrari Challenge Europe Race 2 at Paul Ricard circuit are Bjorn Grossmann and Erich Prinot.

Bjorn Grossmann won the Trofeo Pirelli race on Sunday. German driver of Octane 126 team had a pole position and clinched close victory in front of Italian driver Matteo Santoponte “Babalus” (Scuderia Autoropa), the winner of Race 1, who was just 1.4 seconds behind. Third place again won Florian Merckx, Belgian driver of Baron Service team.

In the Coppa Shell Race 2, Erich Prinoth claimed victory. Italian from Ineco – MP Racing team easily defended pole position and won with a margin of 8.8 seconds in front of Indian driver Gautam Singhania (Kessel Racing), while his team mate and Saturday’s winner, Belgian Jacques Duyver, was third.
