Former champion is returning to British GT

After five-year absence, former British GT champion Rollcentre Racing is returning to the series as Team Abba for the 2016 campaign.

Team boss Martin Short will drive BMW Z4 GT3 with co-driver Richard Neary with an aim to restore success made in the past. They won title in 2003 when Tom Herrdige was the champion driving a Mosler MT900R. Their last appeareance was at Silverstone in 2011when Tom Sharp and future BTCC champion Andrew Jordan were behind the wheel of Ginetta G55 GT3.

“It will be interesting to see how we will perform against some serious fast Pro drivers, I don’t expect to be able to match them, but I will drawing on all my years of experience to try. Richard is also experienced and I expect him to in top of Am drivers. We will have a competitive car and hope we might be able to pull out a shock result,”, said Martin Short.
