The American James Weiland was the fastest in this class, after very intensive and close battle with Canadian Eric Cheung, while Hidehiko Hagiwara from Japan was third, well behind the top two drivers.

The Coppa Shell class race was won by Chinese Liang Wang who was faster than the Japanese drivers experienced Ken Seto and Yugo Tanabe. Wang’s victory was a bit of surprise as he scored only two podium finishes in 13 races last year.
