Six slots still empty

New teams, new cars and new manufacturers, together with old ones, are ready for an exciting season. By December, 17 teams and 28 car entries are confirmed, while remaining six slots in the grid should be filled until the closing date for entries on March 14th 2016.

ADAC Sport president Hermann Tomczyk is very happy as interest for the competition is growing before the anniversary season: “That we already have a full grid four months before the start of the season speaks volumes for the way the series has developed. The many new super sportscars joining the ADAC GT Masters next year will make it even more spectacular and more exciting,” said Tomczyk.

Latest generation of the sports supercars is ready for the next season. BMW and Mercedes will make a debut with M6 and AMG-GT models, just as Porsche with latest 911 and Audi with latest R8. Corvette is represented with two cars, the new C7 as well as trusted Z06. Lamborghini Huracan is also ready after successful test in Austria this year, Nissan GT-R is also back in the field in 2016 and in the following months we expect to see another manufacturer entries.
