Tom Kristensen presenting "The Book" about his career

The nine-time Le Mans winner and long time Audi factory driver Tom Kristensen will for the first time, in the coming week, present a new book illustrating his entire career – from the early days in karting to the victories in the French endurance classic.

“The Book” will be presented in Le Mans on Wednesday (10 June) and will be available on site and on www.tomkristensen.com. The comprehensive 304-page book is written in English, Danish and German.

Tom Kristensen competed at 24h Le Mans 18 times. He won the race first time in 1997 with Joest Racing’s TWR Porsche WSC-95. In 2003 he was driving Bentley Speed 8 for Team Bentley and rest of his wins were achieved with various models of Audi prototypes (2000, 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2005 – Audi R8, 2008 – Audi R10 TDI, 2013  Audi R18 e-tron quattro). He retired from racing after last years second place at famous race.
