ADAC F4 - Nürburgring: Fourth win of the season for Mick Schumacher

Mick Schumacher, the 17-year-old son of Michael Schumacher, scores his fourth ADAC F4 victory of the season today at Nürburgring. The young Schumi started from pole position and remained in the lead until the chequered flag in the 30-minute race at German Grand Prix circuit, ahead of championship leader Joey Mawson. Mawson started from third place on te grid but took the runner-up spot immediately on the start, ahead of Mike David Ortmann.

Two rookies fought for the fourth place. Nicklas Nielsen started fourth but lost his position by Juri Vips on Lap 2. On Lap 16, Dannish driver retook P4 and stayed there five more laps, until the end of the race. Juan Manuel Correa takes sixth place overall and third in the rookie classification, after progressing from eighth starting position by overtaking Richard Verschoor and Thomas Preining. Simo Laaksonen and Jannes Fittje completed the Top 10.

Joey Mawson remained in the championship lead after 16 races, with a big points advantage over Schumacher and Ortmann. In the rookie standings, Nicklas Nielsen is on the top. Two more races are scheduled for tomorrow at  Nürburgring.
