Kyle Busch finally ended the 36-race winless drought with a victory at Pocono Raceway’s Overton’s 400. It’s the 39th NASCAR Cup Series win for Busch in a career and only his first win at Pocono. It’s also the 100th victory for Toyota in the NASCAR Cup Series.

The driver of the #18 Joe Gibbs Racing’s Toyota Camry started the race from pole, which was his 24th career pole position. Busch led for 74 laps (of 160) at Long Pond’s 2.5-mile Tricky Triangle to dominantly win by 6.178 seconds ahead of Kevin Harvick. Martin Truex Jr. finished third, ahead of Denny Hamlin.

Earlier in the race, Busch collected his eighth stage win of the season when he took the green/checkered flag at the end of Lap 50. Clint Bowyer was the winner of the Stage 2 at the end of Lap 100.
