Englishman Conway has some experience in Formula E as he passed tests with Dragon Racing team before the inaugural season. In Argentina, he will partner up with Stephane Sarrazin, first driver of the Monaco-based team. In recent years, Conway scored several victories in street races, including wins in Monaco, Macau and Long Beach.

“‘Venturi is a top team in Formula E so it is great to be able to join. The series is innovative and quite unique. It is quickly growing momentum and it is attractive to a lot of manufacturers to showcase their technologies. I have always liked street tracks. They are normally very bumpy and there are different grip levels throughout the lap so they are a lot of fun,” commented Conway who previously raced in FIA World Endurance Championship and IndyCar.
