Porsche Carrera Cup Germany: Olsen completes perfect weekend at Hockenheim

Dennis Olsen won the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany race 2 at Hockenheimring what is his second victory during the season-opening weekend.

Just like in the Saturday’s race, pole-sitter Michael Ammermuller and Olsen battled from the start of the race while Christopher Zochling was able to move up to the 3rd after overtaking Nick Yelloly and Thomas Preining. Unfortunately, the safety car was deployed quickly after an accident that pulled three cars out of the race.

Right after the restart Olsen took the lead from Ammermuller and despite being under constant pressure the Dane of Konrad Motorsport won the race that was finished earlier under the safety car after the bad crash of David Kolkmann who was pulled out of the track by another car.

Michael Ammermuller finished 2nd and Christopher Zochling 3rd, so the top three standings were the same like in the race 1.
