Hildebrand, Quintero, Guthrie Jr. are the first Red Bull Off-Road Juniors

American trio Blade Hildebrand (21), Seth Quintero (17) and Mitch Guthrie Jr. (23) have been announced as the first intake for the new Red Bull Off-Road Junior Program in 2020. Hildebrand, Quintero and Guthrie Jr. will drive under the stars and stripes banner of Red Bull Off-Road Team USA.

The first challenge for Hildebrand and Guthrie Jr. would be with January’s Dakar Rally in Saudi Arabia. They will race the OT3 by Overdrive in the SxS category, opened for prototypes with 1000cc rear-mounted turbo engines producing 177 horsepower and 290Nm of torque in its FIA version. Hildebrand successfully debuted at Dakar in January 2019, taking a victory in the OP.1 class.

Following Dakar Rally, Red Bull Off-Road Juniors will compete at other great events such as the Silk Way Rally, Morocco Rally and Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge. In their native North America, they plan to race the Mint 400, Baja 500, Vegas to Reno and some other races. In the American races, Guthrie Jr. and Quintero will drive a Polaris RZR Turbo.
