Team Aguri hired Berthon

Formula E Team Aguri has announced Nathanael Berthon as their driver for the season 2015/2016.

Berthon passed through pre-season tests at Donington Park with Team Aguri and will make his debut n new team at season opening ePrix n Beijing on October 24th. Second Team Aguri driver is Antonio Felix da Costa who clinched victory in last season’s Buenos Aires ePrix.

“I am really looking forward to racing with Team Aguri. I am really thankfull to the whole team to have given me the chance to show what I could bring to the team during testing last month. For me, this is a new challenge and I am looking forward to a new season with a lot of optimism,” said 26-year-old Frenchman.

Berthon made a debut in GP2 Series in 2012 and won once n 84 starts. He also has competed in various Formula Renault Series and in Toyota Racing Series.
