Just after we reported that Jarno Trulli was ready for comeback in Formula E, his team was forced to withdraw from Putrajaya ePrix on Saturday.

Trulli Formula E team presented their Motormatica JT-01 for scrutineering, but the car didn’t pass all of mandatory checks, so Trulli Team couldn’t be entered for the race. Trulli Team already missed Beijing ePrix two weeks ago. They also missed all pre-season tests, so the team’s future is not looking bright.

The Trulli team will be able to resubmit its cars for scrutineering for round three of the series in Punta del Este on 19th of December.
